Introduction
We are applying for funds for Project Catalyst Fund 9 to ensure the continued development of the anetaBTC protocol. Since the launch of our project, we have not accepted any VC funds and plan to remain a project that is community-driven, but we need your help.
There are a few ways to support our proposals that would go a long way in strengthening our project and improving our chances of being elected in Fund 9.
These methods would also help any other project that you would like to support in Fund 9, and we encourage you to use this as a guide to support your favorite projects.
How to Support
The best way to support us (or any project) for Catalyst Fund 9 is to become a Project Assessor. There is a total of $640,000 available in Fund 9 allocated to Project Assessors who assist in filtering high-quality projects.
Registration to become a Project Assessor is currently live. The deadline to register is July 13th at 11:00 AM UTC.
The final deadline to submit your assessments is Thursday, July 14th at 11:00 AM UTC.

Voting Registration
Voter registration is now live and the deadline is August 4th, 2022.
To register for voting in Fund 9, community members can use thier Eternl, Typhon, AdaLite, or Daedalus wallet. There is a “voting” section in each wallet that will prompt you with directions to register for voting.
The only requirement is that there must be 500 ADA in the wallet. Each ADA held in the wallet counts as 1 unit of voting power. This means holding 5,000 ADA counts as 5,000 votes. The only transaction fee that occurs for registering is 0.17 ADA.
A snapshot is taken on August 4th, 2022, and this will determine eligible voters for Fund 9.

Voting Period
The voting period will be from August 11th-August 25th, and the Catalyst results will be announced in the following week.

Final Remarks
Securing funds in Project Catalyst will ensure the long-term development and sustainability of our project as we look to launch our Bitcoin wrapping protocol. We sincerely thank each and every member of our community for your support.
Over the next few weeks, we are planning to deploy cNETA and NETA staking on Cardano and Ergo mainnet along with executing our first cross-chain governance vote. Additionally, we are preparing to implement additional benefits to liquidity providers of the cNETA/ADA pair on Minswap and to holders of Aneta Angels.
