It’s awesome to see that Trung Pham believes in the same way as Brene Brown looks at vulnerability.

Brown states, “Vulnerability is the birthplace of love, belonging, joy, courage, empathy, and creativity. It is the source of hope, empathy, accountability, and authenticity. If we want greater clarity in our purpose or deeper and more meaningful spiritual lives, vulnerability is the path.”

OF COURSE vulnerability would be the place of transformation. It gets us out of our comfort zone and allows us to experience the good emotions.

I’m greatly aware of the wounds in my life that make it difficult for me, but I know these wounds heal up. Looking through these paintings quickly… like no more than one second…. stung me a little bit by seeing the wounds on those paintings.
