Our latest investment: ImproveWell
We’re thrilled to announce our follow-on investment in ImproveWell, founded by CEO Lara Mott and Dr Na’eem Ahmed, clinical lead. ImproveWell is an award-winning, real-time feedback solution for improvement in healthcare. Giving everyone a voice, ImproveWell enables organisations to capture continuous insight to improve staff experience, retention and the quality of patient care.
We first invested in ImproveWell in 2019 and then followed-on at the tail end of 2020, a year which saw the company pivot to address the challenges that the NHS had faced in the first year of the Covid-19 pandemic. Since then the company has gone from strength to strength, and is now poised to grow the bridgehead it’s already established in the US, a move which this investment round will support. Throughout our time working with Lara we’ve been consistently impressed with her responsiveness to critical challenges combined with a clear, committed vision and ambition for the company.
The Angel Academe round was led by one of our most experienced deal leads, Emma Maslen, and was particpated in by 8 of our members.
