As a company who is in the midst of closing a seed round, you are spot on. However, if you can manage your expenditures and cash then sometimes it’s best to raise when markets are tighter. Over valuation is less likely, making a strong next round more likely. Consistant and growing revenue can fix a lot of these problems. Those are just my 2 cents/2 pence.
