Our first regional fundraiser raises £300!

Our First regional fundraiser raises £300 for The Butterfly Haven Project Ltd.

Welcome to Debbie Bolton, our first regional fundraiser and her business partner, Alan Reid from LOVE & Above Fayres & Festivals for raising £300 at their weekend event in Aberdeen.

It’s a small world, isn’t it? I met Debbie via Facebook and her reading my books; Awarded By Angels & Bringing You Back To YOU. At the time Debbie lived in Brackley near Northampton and was a regular visitor of Brackley Rocks, a gem of a shop on the High St.

Debbie asked the owner, Dianne Allison if I could spend a day there selling my books and offering readings and mentoring for their customers. It was a magical day where I met many new lovelies.

Debbie and I became friends. I was then honoured to mentor her as she set up her business and have since watched her fly as she moved from Brackley back home to Aberdeen with her hubby, Steve.

Debbie’s a very talented gal but one of these who hasn’t a clue how amazing she really is. I always love telling her.

Anyway Debbie has been following my journey too and when I finally shared my vision and set up The Butterfly Haven Project, Debbie vowed to help.
It doesn’t matter that Debbie lives in Scotland and we are based in the West Mids! Coventry is our hub and base.

Our vision is to have a Butterfly Haven home in every City. With that in mind (and in our hearts), Debbie offered to be out first regional fundraiser. Our idea is to have a regional fundraiser in every region of the UK. They will then recruit volunteer fundraisers who will raise funds through their activities for The Butterfly Haven Project.

Debbie and Alan set up their business last year with integrity at it’s core — one of our values at The Butterfly Haven Project.
Their vision is to create heart-centred HOLISTIC FAYRES & FESTIVALS, where they offer stalls, workshops and talks of a holistic and well being approach.

Their weekend event on Sat 19th November and Sunday 20th November was held at Aberdeen Football Club. They asked people to #giveafiver and make donations to our cause. They raised just under £300 and Debbie made it up to £300.
We’re incredibly grateful and even more delighted to hear they have named us as their fundraising cause for 2017.

What was even more wonderful was that two of my clients from my mentoring business ( www.alisonwardmentoring.com) met Debbie and one reader of my second book Bringing You Back To YOU. What a small world! I live in the centre of the UK and they’re up in Scotland. I LOVE synchronicities.

So to Debbie, Alan and all of those who donated: “Thank you”.
