We actually left out donor feedback intentionally, but it’s certainly a variable worth considering. Are you referring to institutional donors or retail donors? Studies (e.g; Money for Good, etc) show that retail donors rate nonprofits positively for donor stewardship (prompt thank you letters, stories and photos, events) rather than “impact” which can be hard to understand and evaluate. That being said transparency is extremely important so I’d be curious to hear how exactly you are gathering donor feedback and on what criteria? We also didn’t include end beneficiary feedback in this algorithm which I think would be outstanding for the sector. Curious to hear more and happy to help if we can!
