Conflict Management Style

So apparently there are five different styles of conflict resolution.

Style #1 Competition: Mentally and physically forcing the other person to do things your way. This style can go about this by being threatening, blaming, punishing, and abusing. (sounds like an @$$hole)

Style #2 Collaboration: A team player!

Style #3 Compromise: Things might not be the way you want it but sometimes you gotta negotiate.

Style #4 Accommodation: Things might not be the way you want it but you make your own sacrifices to have a resolution. Your JESUS!

Style #5 Avoidance: Is there a problem? I’ll be right back…(doesn’t come back).
