Since their last album “BE”, that was released in Nov. 20, 2020. Their last single “Permission To Dance” released on Jul. 09, 2021. As this had been BTS’s longest rest, the sudden announcement made many ARMYs emotionally fulfilled.
Even the Official Pandora Music was not ready with this sudden BTS comeback

With this comeback album that ARMYs had been anticipating and the infamous line “ I miss the old BTS” said by some ARMYs, well this is the “PROOF” that BTS are listening to all of us.
Bighit Music made a statement via Weverse, they state that PROOF is an anthology album to enter their “New Chapter” that consist of three CDs, different tracks, together with a three new songs. That will reflect the thought and ideas of each member in the past, present and the future.
This will re-alive the history and memories BTS and ARMYs made together in the past, present, and the future.
