My first veggie juice

Disgusting… very disgusting. But so good for you! My boyfriend made me a veggie shake today and although I almost puked I have to admit it helped me feel better and definitely gave me that extra boost I needed to finish what I had to get done. These are the ingredients that he uses

  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1 whole orange
  • Spinach
  • Kale
  • Parsley
  • 3/4 water

This is a little reminder for me. I am definitely going to start making them on a regular basis. And by making them I mean having my boyfriend make an extra serving… because I mean why not? He’s already in the kitchen. But I’ve also started taking my vitamins and going on daily runs with him and Fabs. Oh, and I can’t forget about the awesome juice my momma makes me every morning… tastes way better than this veggie juice. Anything tastes better than this veggie juice.
