Don’t forget the relationship you have with your body. It is one of the most important. It contributes to worth, self esteem, and creating new beliefs. The relationship you have with your body ripples through everything, including all your other relationships. Most do not have a good relationship with their body. Because it takes work like any relationship. It’s built. What would it look like in action to work on your relationship with your body? So you can feel whole. Walk upright. Believe in yourself. Again. Or maybe for the first time. Your daily sweat isn’t extra or something you do when you have time. Movement creates life. Sweat daily if you want one.
