iPad Pro: Screen Protectors?
In the current day and age with device becoming less and less prone to things like scratches and an increase in the market for screen protectors, we as consumers have a couple of decisions to make. Should we sacrifice a little bit of the device feature set in order to protect it, or should we make the leap of faith? Anker recently sent me their iPad Pro screen protector, and I decided that I was going to be careful enough to use my iPad without it, simply as I couldn’t live with the glare that it brought to my device. While this is completely ok on something like my iPhone, I find it increasingly irritating on the iPad Pro due to this glare being present. That being said, the case had a very, very precise cut to the screen, and the installation process was a breeze as long as you follow the instructions that have been provided.
As I used it in coffee shops and other places, I realized that my use case is going to be vastly different than that of others. If you travel, just get it. If you have kids at home, worth it. The only real problem for me here was the glare of the lights and reflections of seeing people, but I also need to use the screen for various tasks, and that requires a reduction in glare.
All in all, I would recommend this screen protector if you are in a situation where the screen may shatter, $12 can go a long way.
