How to Lose weight

Suggesting about weight loss is not easy, especially when you don’t have real-life experience.

For the past few months, people are asking me how I lose so much weight (from 70 kg to 50 kg) … So here I am, writing my first blog to share my experience with you!

Tips and Tricks to lose weight fast:

1. Make up your Mind:

First and the most important step — “Make up your Mind”. You have to promise yourself that you are going to start losing weight and you can face any hurdle in this weight loss journey. You must have a ‘ Can-Do ’ attitude.

Taking an apple cider vinegar shot first thing in the morning on an empty stomach can help you lose weight, reduce hunger, and flush toxins from your system.

Recipe:

  • Take a glass of water.
  • Add a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar into it, stir it well.
  • Drink it on an empty stomach every morning just 20 minutes before breakfast (Healthy Breakfast 😏).

3. Start doing Exercise:

Add Exercise to your daily routine. Start with simple Exercises and then gradually build up your level. The Exercises which I’ll recommend are:

4. Don’t Drink Coldwater and Sugar drinks:

If you want to lose weight fast, Don’t drink cold water and sugar drinks. Drink lukewarm water, Cinnamon and honey tea, Green Tea, and Detox Water.

6. Eat Less and Only Healthy Foods:

Weight loss comes down to simple math. You have to eat fewer calories than you burn.

Certain foods can help you shed body weight, Some even kick up your metabolism. So take this list when you go to the supermarket:

a. Beans
Beans are a fantastic source of protein because they are inexpensive, filling, and adaptable. Beans are high in fiber and take a long time to digest. This means you’ll feel fuller for longer, potentially preventing you from eating more.

b. Soup

Having dinner early is the key to lose weight. Don’t eat anything after 8 Pm. When you eat late, the calories you intake don’t get digested properly. As a result, your body stores them as fat. Eating late regularly conditions your body to store the calories as fat, resulting in weight gain. You may also experience indigestion and heartburn as a result of this.

8. Green Tea:

Start drinking green tea before going to bed at night to boost your metabolism and lose weight.
