You can apply this principle to anything and everything. You can do a homework assignment and just do it until it’s complete. You can write an article and stick-to-it until it’s published. You can do 100 pull-ups, or run 5 miles, and go until you’re done. Who cares how long it takes?

The thing is, I experienced going through this multiple times and had countless breakdowns. It may be good to work hard, but working too hard without break is definitely not good for you mentally and physically. Nowadays, I’ve learned to work hard, yet take breaks to be able to calm down (or else I wouldn’t be able to keep on going) and feel good at the same time.
