You are definitely not alone. SO much about this post resonated with me. Over the past 5 years I’ve been struggling to overcome some limiting beliefs of my own, figuring out what career path I want to pursue, and working up the courage to take some big risks. Slowly but surely, I’m connecting the dots and it’s become clear that the legal cannabis industry is a place where Black women can really blaze a trail. As I begin to explore all the industry has to offer, organizations like Cannapreneurs, Women Grow, and the MCBA have been fantastic resources. I attended your office hours on 4/20 and gained so many new insights! Thank you for providing such great content, and inspiring me to go out on a limb and challenge myself.
