1. Where is the 3D and Materials

Select the text (or shape if you have a shape instead of text). Make sure you group the objects so that you can inflate everything.

For example, Here’s the image that I’m going to inflate, and I’ve grouped the selected text.

Then click Effect in the menu bar. Scroll down to 3D and Materials > Materials.
