Share your pain, it can be other’s gain.
You might be thinking what kind of a story is this, where I am encouraging you, to share your pain, that too because, someone else can benefit from something as negative as pain! As weird as it sounds, there is a hidden benefit for you too!
Today, we live in a world, where people around us seem to experience more pain than gain. People are investing more time in fading away the pain, than cherishing the joy from a gain!
So, does it mean, that every situation comes with a predefined experience? And it is the nature of every situation to deliver a biased experience?
To be honest, it all boils down to how an individual wish to create an experience from any situation, because, the true nature of “most” situation is to deliver an outcome, with a neutral experience! It is us who creates a biased experience out of the outcome! Obviously, there are some situations that themselves produce an outcome, with a biased experience, but those too, occur because they are triggered by a chained situation of biased experiences.
There is nothing more tragic than any living being’s death, it is common in cultures to show the grief of loosing someone, however, it might be equally astonishing to know that, in some cultures, showing grief is forbidden! They believe that Death should be seen as a time of liberation and not sorrow. Doesn’t it means, that, death is coming with an almost neutral outcome, and it’s we who decide how to shape up the experience!
Now, coming to how someone can gain from other’s pain. We must realise an important aspect of experience, which is, every experience comes with a set of decisions, some decisions were wrong, some right, and it is the ability of a person, on how biased his approach is towards a decision, that ends up creating either a painful or gainful experience.

And it is this approach which differs from person to person, and hence, anyone can have the ability to gain from your pain, because they might have a more neutral approach to the decisions. And, by sharing our pain, others can let us know, a different approach to those decisions, which in return, can help us relive ourself from our pain!
We must also realise the nature of every problem, the root of a problem can be common to every person, however, just like no two person are same, similarly no two problem can be same. Which also leads us to the fact that, the same problem could have different solutions, and it is this sharing of your pain and experience, which can also help someone, find a solution to their problem!
Currently, I along with all my colleagues are in situation, where no one is getting their hiked salaries, we all are left with an outcome of not getting the desired money, and on of top it, some of them might be going through a financial crisis. In the middle of it, I can see how some people are “reacting” to it, and not “acting”on it, which ends up in creating a painful experience for them, high rate of frustration, loss of concentration and peace. However, on the other hand those “acting” on it, seems to be going through a much gainful experience, they are able to see how one should not blindly “react” to situations, they are able to accept the fault and do what is needful, and how important it is to keep a neutral approach to the entire thing, which helps us working with a calm mind, potentially preventing them from going through the same pain which others are going.

We are all surrounded by such experience, it is only a matter of time, that we either start sharing our pain, so that others can analyse them in a little more detail, and not only themselves but, to help you as well, or we take a step back and start analysing things around us, in a more neutral way!
