100 reasons I love you — How to write your list

First of all, why should you write it? I don’t know why and if you should do it but I can tell you why I did it.

A year ago, my partner and I did a relationship challenge. One of the practices was the 100 reasons I love you list. To be honest, I haven’t really thought it trough at first. It was „just another task“ from our challenge, so I just sat down and started writing. And that is actually the best advice I can give you — just write it. It may sound scary to make a list of 100(!) reasons you love your partner, but if you do love them, if you are into the relationship for more than a year, if you live together — you’ll have the list in under half an hour.

And after you read this tutorial, you’ll think the 100 reasons I love you list is a piece of cake and maybe you’ll just go ahead and write a 200 reasons I love you list!

What if you realise you don’t love them „enough“ to write the list?

The only answer is — you either love them or you don’t. If you love them, you’ll write the list. If you don’t love them — you have a different problem. Be honest with yourself and with your partner. If you are trying to come up with excuses not to write the list, it could be you have a „different“ problem“.
