The power of HEALING

The best way to overcome your current state of mind is to focus on healing. Healing not just from all the pain and hurt but healing from all the false beliefs. It’s not a choice sometimes but a necessity which is crucial for self growth.

I have been in the process of healing from all the insecurities and all the false beliefs I had about life. It has brought out the worst behavior that was hidden in me that even I wasn't aware of. When we say healing, its not just from pain or hurt that was inflicted on you but also healing your soul, the wrongs that you have incorporated within you all these years of growing up.

When we are kids we have so much to learn from around us, good, bad and worst. Its us who choose what we want to keep and what we do not want. There will be habits and behaviors that you thought were okay but then you realize that they were all wrong in every way possible, realizing that part and correcting it, is healing from those dogmas.

This is something that cannot be achieved in a day, a week or a month, its a process that may take years. Denial is the villain here and the factor that will slow the process, but acceptance and the will to change is the key.

To be honest I am no one to give any advice on this as I myself am in the process of healing from so many things that I cannot even list at the moment but writing about this feels right.

I have read so many blogs and articles, watched videos to give me an idea and it has really helped. I aspire to become someone that knows the difference between acceptance and denial in order to become more me and having a sense of existence.

When you know something is wrong, accept it and correct it. When you know something is right accept it and implement it.
