The best note taking app!

There are many many note taking apps on the AppStore. As a heavy app user and early adopter i have tried many diffrent apps to take notes on the go. My search for the best one stopped after i signed up for Simplenote.

Simplenote’s design is as its name ‘Simple’. It’s a basic white background and some blue lines as buttons with no clutter of buttons and unnecessary additional options. A simple back button, search button and a ‘+’ sign to create a new note.

Being such a simple app it still does have a lot of features. We can create diffrent lists of notes, add tags to notes, search and pin notes to the top of the page for quick access. Other useful features like the options to Share a note to someone, Collaborate with someone on a note and the best one is ‘History’. You can roll back to a previous version of the note, it saves them all!

Then also its on the Cloud. So i can create a note on my iPhone, continue to work on it the Macbook and also edit it on the iPad. And its also available on the web : ) for when i’m out of the Apple eco system. This app is the best alternative to the inbuilt Notes App.

The buttons can get a little tiny winy bigger as i sometimes ended up not being able to press them. Other than this i have no issues with this app.
