1- As a user when you are trying to book a new ride without paying the previous amount, For a frequent rider or rider if they are trying to book a cab quickly provides a bad experience.

Feature — Uber can either add or integrate any third-party credit features, Based on KYC and credit score different credit limits can be given to the user. It will also help users to pay the amount at once after the transition cycle.

2- Users who use Uber on daily basis for the same route have to book a ride from daily.

Feature — As a user, I would like to have the option to create a REPEAT booking (option to create multiple similar bookings in one shot) for e.g. going to the office 5 days a week at the same time can be booked via this feature. This will result in the user getting the cab at the expected time without going through the effort of booking rides every day.

3- Sometimes user by mistakenly use the same location for pick up and drop

Feature — A confirmation message should be asked if the user really wants to book a cab for the requested location. Also, it can be in this way that if the ride distance is less than 250 meters then there should be a confirmation message from before booking the ride.

4- During high demands it is difficult for users to make bookings and they spend a lot of time requesting the cab and checking if their request is confirmed, making the user spend a considerable amount of time in the booking process.

Feature — Once the request is made by the user, Uber can automate the process of requesting the cab booking which tries to book a ride for a stipulated time, after which a voice message informs the user whether the booking was confirmed or not. Implementing this feature will lead to less intervention from the user side and better experience as the user does not need to keep checking the phone screen. In the same way, a voice message can inform the user if the cab is reaching within 2 minutes.

5- Both OTP and password are asked after app installment.

Feature — For making the login process convenient, Users should able to log in via either username and password or via phone number and OTP.

6- Driver not coming towards pickup location without cancellation.

Feature — Sometimes drivers don’t come towards the pickup location and also don’t cancel the ride, Uber should automatically cancel the rides after 5 minutes if the driver is not moving towards the pickup location and not canceling the ride.
