So we are at a stage where the need for correct wcs in each exposure might lead to make cube class not usable in IRISPy. But we are going forward with a small demo on the present IRISPy using cube and cubesequence. We decided to take some feedback from the IRIS team and try to find more issues and bugs. Hoping for the best.
Present IRISPy can slice across multiple cube (soon :P), animate cube and cubesequence, plot wavelength and x axis.
The way forward will be to give each exposure a wcs instance. So, yes Steve was right all along. ☺
