Are there some unique qualities of projects, teams or managers that are responsible for failed projects? Many of the experts believe that human element is the root cause of most failures, but that’s not always true.

Often a wrong, ill-planned and incorrect methodology (From Agile methodology to Waterfall methodology and everything in between) can be a reason for project management planning failure.

Sometimes, a weak team structure or communication can lead to project failures. Rushed timelines without proper data analysis, lack of stakeholder involvement or variation in personnel project midstream can also lead to incomplete, incorrect or faulty outcomes in some projects.
