We must appreciate the limits of our power, but we cannot allow ourselves to question the rightness and goodness of the West.
Don’t Count America Out
John McCain

I would argue that in order to be certain of rightness and goodness, we must always, always question whether what we are doing is right and good. The moment we decide that we are right and good because we are the West is the moment that we lose any moral authority. Instead, we should resolve to make the West right and good by always doing what is right and good.
