According to statistics, 792 million people suffered mental illness in 2017 worldwide. They are increasing day by day.

Importance of Mental Health

It’s a tool for:

  • healthy living
  • relating to others
  • handling stress

It also affects one’s feelings, thoughts, and the way one acts. It is a need at every stage of life, childhood, and adulthood.

Causes of Mental Illness

Major causes include:

  • environment
  • unpleasant childhood memories
  • depressive events; like losing someone
  • future considerations
  • negative line of thought
  • unhealthy routine; like not being able to sleep well

Recovery of Mental Health

Do not avoid mental illness. It’s a genuine disorder, although it should be diagnosed in time and cured sensibly.
