It’s easy to say but not to practise it. As a person who suffers from Anxiety, when I feel good I try to do plenty of things at a time and end up feeling worse. Then I think, ok, at least I did a lot of things. But life’s not about doing everything all the time, you need to value yourself instead of going against your body’s needs all the time. This is like a brochure to follow the system. Inspire creativity and self-consciousness of the present moment instead of asking people to do more things than they already have on their minds.
