Your Role
- Support of the daily product management
- Conceptualise new and iterate on existing product features
- Assess potential value of new product ideas
- Support cross team communication in both ways: from the product team and towards the product team
- Facilitate and support quality assurance
- Document feedback & bugs from different channels
- Testing new product features in close cooperation with the engineering team
- Market trend analysis in the field of conversational experiences and commerce
Your Profile
You combine technical, design and business perspectives. While being a fast learner in related and new areas, your personal persistence and structure allow you to support the related teams, lifting the product development of our SaaS product to the next level.
- you bring substantial experience in software product management, you can demonstrate product prioritisation, creating a roadmap, and product delivery
- you have a fast mind and are able to understand the abstract mental models of our data architecture
- You are a curious person and an empathic communicator by nature
- you possess a hands-on mentality and focus on quick and efficient execution
- You communicate in English fluently & effortlessly
- A structured, reliable and dynamic work attitude is a personal given
