The“Women in Tech” movement is full of victim blaming bullshit
Sarah Nadav

Straight up, honest, accurate — well done

It is time to speak up when it counts most and here is your chance

The shortage of tech talent means job seekers have power. So next time you interview for a new job, ask to meet with the women tech leaders, ask to see salary and promotion comparisons by gender and tell that company that ‘so wants you’ that you will only work for a company that has evidence of diversity. Companies are trying to hard to attract tech talent and they will listen if they are losing top female candidates

And if you are not happy where you work because of blatant inequalities or worse, unfair treatment of women, then choose to leave and tell them why
