Monday Check-In
Nicole Dieker

I’m getting better at estimating! I predicted $50 for brunch and we spent $52.25. That was the only spending of the weekend.

Friday, we fed the missionaries. I tried out an easy ham and cheese stromboli recipe (I do not cook at all). It was actually as simple as advertised and went over really well!

On Saturday, we met a friend from college who is studying in the States but originally from Tunisia. We went out for a proper New York brunch (something I have never really done before!). Afterwards, we met the bf’s parents to see Groundhog Day the Musical. It was really really impressive- preserved the humor and utilized some really interesting movement in the staging. I would highly recommend it! Afterwards, we went for dinner but the bf’s parents paid.

Sunday was a no spend day.
