The Sun and the Moon emit lengths of vibrations. During time of the full moon, the moon’s gravitational pull generates vibrations of a tidal force, touching Earth, giving waves to Earth’s oceans, bodies of water. The body of a human being is composed of many elements. Consisting in the human body is water. Consisting in the human heart is water. Consisting in the human brain is water. Consisting in the flesh is water. Just as you may be burned from the wavelengths and rays of the sun, you are effected by emission of wavelengths from the moon.

The moon is always truly “full”, but here on Earth we can only see some of it’s luminosity. The moon orbits, and follows a cycle around Earth. A moon phase also known as lunar phase is the sunlit portion of the Moon as viewed from human eye on Earth. It takes the moon about 29 days and nights to complete a full lunar cycle, just a little over 4 weeks and almost a month.

The lunar cycle consits of eight phases. The moon offers profound energy, enlightening us. Once you are attuned to the Moon and the lunar cycles, you are able to embody the powerful energy. The luminosity of the moon touches our celestial bodies, and inspires a time of cosmic creation. Following the lunar phases is a grat way to achieve your manifestations and desires. Reflecting and sacred journaling during each lunar phase is a way of manifesting what is in mind.

The first lunar phase, also known as a new moon symbolizes new beginnings, this is time for planning, setting intentions, and planting the seeds.

The second lunar phase, also known as waxing crescent is time of conceptualizing, and sprouting.

The third lunar phase, also known as first quarter is time of challenges, movement, and rooting.

The fourth lunar phase, also known as waxing gibbous is time of gestation, nourishing and cultivating.

The fifth lunar phase, also known as full moon is time when there is peakened energy. This is time for celebrating, and blossoming.

The sixth lunar phase, also known as waning gibbous is time for releasing, giving, and harvesting.

The seventh lunar phase, also known as last quarter is time for adjusting, forgiving, and resting.

The eighth lunar phase, also known waning crescent is time for emptying, giving gratitude, and reflecting.

Then, the Moon begins again.

A poem for the Moon

Luminous light of you

touches my waters.

At rise, feel these waves

swim in these tides.
