Ouch. That’s disappointing to hear. My experiences with Salsa started in 2007 as they were migrating from their first version to what they’re now describing as “Salsa Classic.” The folks I dealt with were all responsive, nice, and good humored.

Even though we didn’t get all of the features we wanted in the four years I worked with them directly for my .org employer, nor had they all been implemented in the succeeding 4 years I worked indirectly with Salsa on behalf of our clients at a development firm, there were always incremental improvements and there was always the opportunity to get done what you needed to get done. A sad change for what started out as a good company.
