Some people have no empathy and understanding. Possibly they were never the parents of children creating a fuss in the supermarket or elsewhere. Not one of us actually likes the sound of a toddler squealing anywhere in a public place, but no-one likes it less than the poor parents! All of us parents have been there — just grin and bear it and get on with your shopping.
