When we find within ourselves what is causing pain or upset or discomfort, when we acknowledge what is hurting and triggered within ourselves, and we take the next step of healing and aligning those seemingly broken pieces, we heal everyone. We heal humanity.
We heal the very threads of the Universe.
It’s time to stop talking about anything that causes destruction and division, from race to sexual orientation to religion to politics. It is time to start talking about what really matters.
