Just so you know- I greatly improved the quality of my life by sleeping in 2 hours! I changed jobs and STOPPED getting up at 5 am every workday. I fell back into a rhythm that was more in tune with what my body needed and I am a much happier little camper. :) Sometimes — less is more. I loved this post! Thanks so much Jeff!!!
