The first step is getting your design ready. It can be literally anything! Including text.
Once you have set your design, the next step is to select everything and group everything, including the background.
Next is going to Effect → 3D and Materials → Inflate
After this, it’s pretty straightforward — just play around with the settings to get the final result you desire.
Pro Tip; for the glossy liquidy effect, decrease the Roughness and increase the Metallic setting.
And that’s it! As simple as it can get!
