Simple advice but tres effective! I work a 9–5 that I don’t hate but don’t love — am an artist at heart and bemoaned not getting time to practice. I discovered something pushing my alarm deeper into my sleep and waking @ 4:30 to sketch for the first 30–45 minutes, I discovered I am fully recharged by the time my normal day starts. It’s a most interesting phenomenon. Thank you for spreading the word; the lesson for me is it’s not all or nothing!
