10月12日才剛以1小時59分40秒的成績跑完全馬的世界長跑傳奇基普喬格(Eliud Kipchoge)是個記錄狂。從他投入馬拉松訓練開始,他就將每一次練習情形記錄下來,一共寫了15本筆記本,平均一年一本。他說:

「當你寫下來時,你就會記得。」(When you write, then you remember. )

記錄有助於回想你的活動進行過程,也提供未來進一步的活動調整參考。而對於要獲得心流體驗來說,記錄與回想的目的是要確定你在活動中是否有明確的回饋?這個明確的回饋達到什麼程度?

明確的回饋對於是否獲得心流體驗的影響很大。當我們參與一項活動時,不僅要確認是否得到回饋,還要盡可能的將回饋明確化,越明確越好
