Is it worth stopping people from seeing this by calling it racist or better to let people see it for themselves and decide on their own. You also forget that a Japanese writer wrote the story with Wes and Roman and several Japanese actors are in the film as well, not saying that condones anything but it is something to be aware of. I hate to see films that are different being shot down because of it.
Naw. This is the easy, surface critique, and ignores the subversive, outright radical aspects of the film — or gets them twisted and misconstrued in pursuit of another agenda.
