Naturally Occurring Extremely Low Frequency
Naturally occurring extremely low frequency derives itself from the Earth itself. It is created by lighting strikes, plate tectonics, caves of geodes, volcano eruptions and from the geological composition of large rock formation like mountains or foothills. The frequency carries itself across vast distances by the wind and the magnetic ley lines pushing it all over the earth. This I suspect is how the subconscious mind can carry it's thoughts over vast distances to the minds of others who have the natural ability to finely tuned there chakras in order to pick up on it. This can be done through prayer, meditation and activities that pump blood to the brain like exercise. But in the same sense this can be achieved through the use of naturally occurring psychedelics substances which scientifically shows that consumption of these substances opens up all regions of the brain so that each areas of the human mind can communicate with each other. This to an effect the human mind can pull information out of thin air from the natural carrier wave effect generated by the earth.
Artificially Occurring Extremely Low Frequency
There is means to which extremely low frequency can be artificially generated by cell phone towers, satellites, radio towers, the electrical grid, WiFi routers and anything that generates kinetic energy from man made devices. The field is similar to the naturally occurring ELF field generated by earth itself. However it has a limited scope and function in that it cannot carry human thought across the entire planet because it needs natural relays to carry itself further like the ley lines. Although I suspect that someone has probably created a network of artificial ley lines that can carry ELF much in the same way that the naturally occurring ley lines exist. However in order for the conscious human mind to pick up on these artificial ELF frequencies UHF enabled RFID technology would have to be embedded inside the human body in order to receive those specific communications sent over the network. Receiving a significant dose or doses of a synthetic or artificially manufactured psychedelics. Would in fact open up all regions of the human mind in order for communication between different areas of the human brain to gain more access to the artificial occurring ELF field.
