It can be daunting when you first make the switch to Vegan, but the good news is there is an abundance of resources out there to help you. One of the most accessible and personal favourites is YouTube.

Gone are the days of recipe books, there are so many amazing vloggers creating anything, everything and sharing for free so that you don’t need to worry about being stuck for ideas.

Here I have consolidated my ten most regularly visited (at the moment — it changes all the time) with my favourite comforting recipe from each, which are all tried, tested and triumphant!

If you want more ideas then head on over to their channels where you can see all of their content.

I hope this can go some way to helping make your journey a little easier!

1. Chef Jana – French Onion Soup

Chef Jana has a bunch of great ideas and we regularly head over to her page for inspiration. What’s nice about Jana is her recipes are often quite unique. One of our favourites (we have a few) is her French Onion soup which I swear is a legitimate replacement for the real thing and hearty and warming now we are heading into the colder months.
