Giving the iPad a full-time job
Justin Searls

“I want to code on my iPad Pro, distraction-free.”

“Okay, no problem! Let’s talk about the distraction-free part: here are all the apps which can help you do that.”

“This is awesome! I love it! …now what about the coding part.”

“Well, the iPad is going to prevent you from doing that at every turn so you just have to set up x, y, z, alpha, and beta to do that and you’ll need an unused Mac desktop running at all times and then you’ll VPN into that and be forever married to that isn’t this awesome?!?”

“No, this is decidedly not awesome and a lot more expensive proposition than you led us to believe.”

Man, talk about bait and switch…
