Transformative Odyssey: My Journey Through Fitness & Product Management Principles

This post is intentionally written in a format resembling a PRD (Product Requirement Document); however, this would be a simplified version in order to appeal to anyone who’s reading this and not from a Product Management background.
In a true sprint-based fashion I would be writing a post every 15 days updating progress, as well as uncover a learning from product management principle and how I’m using this in my journey.

In a decade of navigating the dynamic landscape of product management, I’ve had the privilege of spearheading projects that solve unique problems, each a testament to the boundless potential within this field. Yet, amid the diversity of challenges, one subject has persistently captivated my attention — the intricate machinery of the human body.
Embarking on a new side project, “Transformation Odyssey,” I aim to apply the principles of product management to one of the most complex and fascinating subjects — the human body. Drawing inspiration from the meticulously planned and documented transformation/anti-ageing journey led by Bryan Johnson in project Blueprint, this project seeks to document my personal transformation journey this year.
