Uber has positively changed millions of lives. Its a travesty (and frankly a failure on the leadership’s part) that it has such a controversial brand image.
During the financial crisis of last several years, so many people were able to survive and thrive on income offered by Uber. It continues to afford amazing opportunity to millions. Internationally, the impact is even more trasnformational.
Uber can be a vehicle of change for good — and it already is in many ways today — if it can stop sabotaging itself.
