I really do not know whats up with me these days, I have been sick. I would like to share a couple of funny stories with you all.

Chicken Pox

Well a month back I visited my sister’s house on an occasion of a festival. She is married and lives with her family. I was feeling under the weather but did not care much about it. Neglected the fact thinking it is due to inadequate sleep. That afternoon, my brother-in-law and I were watching an episode of F.R.I.E.N.D.S( A popular American sitcom). That episode featured Phoebe Buffay( Lisa Kudrow) suffering from chicken pox( Thanks to Ben) while one her fling Ryan( Charlie Sheen) was in town visiting her. Both of us enjoyed the episode and got busy with our work. Later in the night, DAMM I have got chicken. It seemed that the couple had cursed me with chicken pox for all the jokes that I cracked on them.

I recovered from chicken pox in ten days( Thanks to the doctor) and came back to my college. After getting frustrated from shit food and boredom I decided to stay over my same sister’s house over the weekend. Had in my head that I will relax and have some delicious home food. Things did go as I thought of. On Sunday I again sat with my brother-in-law to watch tv and we ended up watching another episode of F.R.I.E.N.D.S being aired at that moment. Well I figured he is a big fan of F.R.I.E.N.D.S unlike me who likes HIMYM more. Don’t curse me for that. Call it fate or coincident that episode featured Phoebe having a bad cold due to which she gets a sexy voice with which she is in love with. Soon she recovers from cold and looses her sexy voice. This upsets her and wants to catch cold again( Dumb girl). BANG, next day I get up I am even at a worse condition. I am not only suffering from cold but also cough accompanied by frequent visits of fever. Cursed by Phoebe again. Really do not know how to react to it. Sad part I am still sick.

After going through chicken pox and cold flu, I have decided not to watch F.R.I.E.N.D.S with my brother-in-law as I feel curse of Phoebe will always be on me as long as I watch the show with him. Funny!

A single golf clap? Or a long standing ovation?

By clapping more or less, you can signal to us which stories really stand out.
