Journalistic objectivity doesn’t exist.
The move from Clients to customers is a tough one. I tried it once, and it was a spectacular failure. Some things to keep in mind:
“Well, that’s your truth, not mine”
“I’m glad that’s working out for you”
“There’s no such thing as absolute truth”
