Does it Work?

The Sprint process is an extensive 5 day process where a company can dissect each thing about their company. The Sprint may not be for everyone but it is a very interesting way to look at the company from different angles. There is a lot of quick exercises that require us to come up with ideas and plan on how to go about marketing and establishing the company as a real existing company. The Sprint method would work for our project because even with the very simple model we have as a business there are still many things our group has not considered.

We think our idea is a simple one but it requires a lot of strategy. Our idea is a program that will allow for easy information transfer between hospitals. We see a need for better and more efficient communication between hospitals because many people suffer with transferring information. This company will be harder to market because we will have to convince many Board of Directors that this problem exists that could be rectified by our problem. We will have to do very well in our elevator pitches because we will have to try to convince many people that our program is a necessity in the hospital industry.

A Sprint could help us approach our plan because it could help us strategize and better plan our approach on how to talk to the Board of Directors. This is a chance where we can discover if there is a more creative or unique way to approach presenting our new idea. This is also a place where new ideas that we didn’t even realize can blossom. Our team could come up with better ideas to market and package the product. With these ideas flowing we could go through all the possible ideas that could make our company successful.
