Thank you so much, Muntasir! Those are important points you bring up. I’d encourage you to plan for shorter goals — next week, next month, 3 months. This way, you build momentum, gain more confidence, and begin setting larger and more bold goals. It can be scary to set a goal 3 years in advance if it’s difficult to even achieve a goal set for 2 weeks later!
