If you really think that a President Hillary Clinton will appoint anyone other than moderate conservative Republican justices that can get through the GOP-dominated Senate, then you are truly fooling yourself. The Merrick Garland nomination is probably the best that you can get…and that will be bartered in exchange for passing TTP, a second Grand Bargin targeting even more social spending cuts, and avoiding another government shutdown or debt ceiling crisis next year. Also, Roe is essentially already dead for most women anyway due to the successful war against women’s reproductive clinics and the lethal compromise of not securing reproductive/abortion coverage within the Affordable Care Act.

The only thing that Hillary Clinton will accomplish is the complete destruction of the Democratic Party and the continuation of the dissolution of liberalism. The DNC’s actions against Sanders shows exactly where they stand, and it’s not with the progressives or the Left. A clean breakaway from the Democrats isn’t just possible; it’s the only way. If Sanders can’t do it, find leaders that will.
