Avengers Infinity War, could have been better… Here’s why!

Now that half the world has seen “Infinity War” here’s where my vast comic knowledge comes in to tell you how they could have made it way better!

  1. Introduce Thanos (I’m going to call him T) and other characters in an earlier movie in phase 3! Thinking back to the original “Infinity Gantlet” storyline written by Jim Starlin, characters are missing from the story. For example Mephisto (basically one of marvels version of the Devil,) Pip the Troll (a teleporting space troll who smokes cigars and steals things,) Adam Warlock (keeper of the Soul Gem, longtime advisory/friend of T and basically a space wizard who goes into a cocoon every so often and comes out a different person) and Lady Death (the marvel incarnate of death. See #6) All of those characters played roles in Infinity Gantlet, Adam Warlock and Death being the most prominent. The Russo brothers could have dropped an earlier Film, preferably under the name of “Infinity Watch.” They movie could have introduced these characters and better flesh out T and his “Children of Thanos.” The movie could have been a prequel to Infinity War, showing how T acquired the mind gem, raised his children, army and fighting against Adam Warlock and a team of like minded individuals trying to stop T.
  2. More screen time for The Children Of T, the lack of Screen time made them look like feeble henchmen. Only member who was shown to be vastly stronger than any one Avenger was Ebony Maw and he was “Alien’ed” out of an airlock like some type of extra in Star Trek. In the comics the member of the COT are much stronger and can vastly wash most of the Avengers.
  3. Characters were drastically underpowered. T was missing somethings, imma save that for the # four. Think back to the scene in Europe where Vision and Wanda are attacked by two members of the COT, they were saved by Cap, Falcon & Widow. LETS BE REAL, the Russo Brothers drastically de-powered them and they shouldn’t have been able to get washed by those three. How are 7 foot tall aliens with crazy weapons getting beat by two regular people and Chris Evans on roids?!?!?!?
  4. T DOESN’T HAVE LASER EYES OR ENERGY BLASTS!! Him not having those assets makes him way weaker than he should have been. Basically making him the Hulk with no speech impediment, purple skin and a mountain range chin. Just imagine T shooting laser eye beams and energy blasts at the Avengers, I would have died.
  5. Finally Tony Stark had too much screen time and lines. If they had added Adam Warlock, they could have created a plot revolving around him gathering the heroes and keep T’s heist plot. That would have made much more like the original story
  6. T and Death should have had a full relationship, I’m talking T making out with a thick bag of bones. T being in love with Death is a basic part of his character and his courting of death was the most important plot piece missing. Without it he seems more sane and his goal slightly reasonable, which when it comes to being sane T is not the one. Him being slightly sane makes him kinda boring, the Mad Titan T was unpredictable, scary and capable of anything and thats what Deaths cold embrace brings to the story.
  7. Captain America can’t hold T’s fist back like that, can he hold the Hulks fist? NO, so how can he hold T’s Hulk washing fist? Even Thor got washed by Hulk and T, how they hell is a steroid’ed up young Joe Biden holding T’s fist?
  8. A quick cameo from marvels Netflix show when the aliens first arrive and at the end where everyone disappears would have been so solid. Imagine Daredevil or Luke cage watching the alien ship come down on New York! Or Jessica Jones tailing someone and the tail just turning to dust in front of her. The best part would be when Iron fist turns to dust, i think that would be amazing.

Altogether I love the film just needed a few things from the plot. Please don’t body me and my opinions you heartless heathens.
