A lot has changed in year huh? Facebook Live certainly has all the buzz right now and the big advantage for them is certainly the platform. It’s just amazing how big their audiences are on some streams

I work in the space (Wowza Media Systems) and we sell live streaming software and a mobile SDK for live streaming. We are seeing a ton of use cases and focus now for live mobile broadcasting. While becoming a broadcasting platform is a common path here, we are seeing a ton of use cases for apps to add value by integrating live streaming. I think niche markets and use cases will continue to emerge and make mobile live continue to grow.
