Completely agree streaming get some great buzz for clients. At my company Wowza, we actually have a live streaming mobile app SDK that can be paired with geo location to coordinate your video with IP address. We built a demo of this feature showcased it at a recent tradeshow, and I could see how it would be really useful for touring large properties. Imagine being able to tour a really large property (commercial or residential) and use a map view to constantly hop around to different video views.

Anyway, that’s a free idea for anyone who wants to built something. We even posted the code to github so you are half way there :)
